WooCommerce Credit Card Plugin

I’m building a WooCommerce store and need a purpose-built credit-card payments plugin that slots in as smoothly as the stock WooCommerce gateways. The plugin must:

– Process transactions from all major card providers (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and any others WooCommerce can expose).
– Encrypt card details and allow a decryption on the website's backend
– Accept and settle payments in multiple currencies, switching seamlessly based on the customer’s choice or geolocation.

The finished plugin should install through the normal WooCommerce extension flow, expose a straightforward settings panel inside the WordPress admin, and respect core hooks so it keeps working through future WooCommerce updates. Clean, well-commented PHP that follows WordPress coding standards is essential; please avoid frameworks that could bloat the codebase.

Acceptance criteria
• End-to-end test transactions succeed in both sandbox and live mode.
• Fraud-screen results are logged and visible in the order notes.
• Currency conversion is accurate to the rate WooCommerce reports at checkout.
• No PHP notices or JavaScript errors with WP_DEBUG enabled.
