Streamline WhatsApp-to-Order Workflow

I sell a single IoT device. Prospects click my online ads, message me on WhatsApp with questions, and then the process stalls because I have to answer every chat, share specs, collect addresses, and send a payment request manually. My Shopify store is costing me more than it earns, so I want to replace it with something lean that lets me handle everything inside WhatsApp yet still take paid orders smoothly.

Here’s the flow I’m picturing:
• A prospect messages on WhatsApp → an automated or one-tap reply sends a concise, mobile-friendly page link.
• That one page shows the product, price, warranty, and a single “Buy Now” button tied to a payment gateway (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal—open to suggestions).
• After payment the customer enters shipping details, and I receive an order confirmation in both email and a Google Sheet (or similar) so I can fulfil quickly.

I need you to:
• Build the landing/checkout page (WordPress, Webflow, or plain HTML—whatever keeps costs down and loads fast).
• Integrate it with a payment gateway that supports Indian and international cards.
• Set up basic WhatsApp Business automation (API, Twilio, WATI, or a no-code tool) so the page link and a thank-you message are sent without me typing every time.
• Provide a simple dashboard or spreadsheet where I can see paid orders at a glance.
• Walk me through how to edit text, change price, and pull order data.

Acceptance criteria:
– Link arrives in WhatsApp within 5 seconds of a new inquiry.
– Page is HTTPS, responsive, and loads in under 3 seconds on 4G.
– Payment completes end-to-end with automatic success/fail notification to both customer and me.
– Order data (name, phone, address, payment status) logs instantly in the sheet/dashboard.
