Skrill payment gateway account setup

I am looking for somebody to help me setup a business Skrill account so that I can begin accepting payments via the Skrill payment gateway. I currently have no existing Skrill account, and I am a registered business in the country in which I intend to operate. I am looking for someone experienced in setting up Skrill accounts for businesses and who can provide expert advice to ensure that my pay-ins, pay-outs, and account security settings are applied properly.
