Shopify & eBay Global Fulfillment Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m ready to open my Shopify and eBay stores to international buyers, but I need someone who can handle the complete configuration from India—both the cross-border shipping architecture and the payment gateways that will let me collect in INR while charging abroad in USD, EUR, GBP, etc.
Here’s the landscape so far:
• Shipping: I haven’t settled on a carrier. DHL, FedEx, UPS and any India-friendly aggregators are all on the table; I’d like to walk through the pros, cons, pricing tiers and pickup reliability before we lock one in.
• Payments: The store must accept major cards and PayPal from overseas customers and settle to my Indian bank. Razorpay, PayU, PayPal, Stripe (via Atlas or other compliant route), Shopify Payments alternatives—whichever route keeps conversion fees low and paperwork smooth, I’m open to guidance.
Deliverables I’ll sign off on:
1. A tested international shipping setup inside Shopify (profiles, zones, automated rates, HS code handling) mirrored on my eBay Seller Hub.
2. Carrier or aggregator account(s) created or linked, with label generation and pickup scheduled from my Indian address.
3. Payment gateway(s) fully integrated, sandbox-tested, and live, including currency conversion settings and payout verification.
4. A quick-reference SOP that shows me how to process an order end-to-end—from checkout to label printing and manifest creation.
