A simple mobile app for food pre-order & pickup so customers get their orders instantly on arrival and vendors can serve faster.

1. User Roles

Customer → Browse menu, place order, pay online, get pickup code.

Vendor → Upload menu, receive orders, mark as ready, verify pickup.

2. Core Features (MUST HAVE)

Customer Side

1. Sign in (Phone + OTP login).


2. Browse menu (text + images, prices).


3. Select items & quantity.


4. Order summary & pay (UPI QR code or in-app UPI integration).


5. Pickup confirmation (Get OTP code after payment).



Vendor Side

1. Sign in (Phone + OTP login).


2. Menu management (Add/edit items, prices, images).


3. Order dashboard (New orders → mark “Preparing” → “Ready”).


4. Pickup verification (Enter customer’s OTP to mark complete).

Customer sees estimated prep time.

Basic vendor profile (location, contact, WhatsApp link).

Order history (for both sides).

4. Tech Requirements

Works on Android + iOS (cross-platform).

Cloud hosting for storing menus & orders.
