Physical Goods E-Commerce Website Build
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m launching a new brand that sells tangible, ship-to-customer products and I need a complete e-commerce site built from the ground up. The design has to look clean on desktop and mobile, but—more importantly—shopping, paying and finding products must feel effortless for visitors.
Core requirements
• Payment gateway integration: Stripe and PayPal are my first thoughts, yet I’m open to whichever solution you recommend for reliable, PCI-compliant checkout.
• Product catalogue with powerful search and filtering so shoppers can locate sizes, colors and price ranges quickly.
• Customer review functionality displayed on each product page to build trust and boost conversions.
Platform flexibility
I haven’t locked myself into Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or any other system; the final choice should balance ease of maintenance, scalability and cost. Make your case for the stack you believe serves those goals best.
Deliverables & acceptance
1. Fully responsive storefront, tested on modern browsers and devices.
2. Secure payment flow passing end-to-end test transactions.
3. Search and filter tools returning accurate, fast results across the catalogue.
4. Review engine that lets verified buyers post text and star ratings.
5. Launch-ready site migrated to my domain with a brief hand-off guide so I can update products and fulfill orders.
If this scope matches your expertise, tell me which platform you’d choose, what plugins or custom code you’d use, and an estimated timeline to go live.
