Payment integration

I am looking for a payment integration with my web app that prompts user to enter phone number and sends a text message with an (Apple Pay) link to pay for an order. I am interested to know your experience with the following:

Shopify
Google Pay
Apple Pay
Shop Pay
Amazon Pay

The first preference for integration is with Apple Pay.
