Pay Link with invoice for only 3 transaction per year

I Mange 2 website as administrator one of them i publish News on it and work as announcer
second one i work on it as a data entry
both of them I responsible to Renew hosting and domain and maintenance also

the websites holder paid for me Annually or it depend if they order extra services total money i get approximately from 1$k-2$k Per year

so I need to send to them pay link only and they can pay throw it, and after that i can transfer the funds from my account to my bank account or something else
I try on PayPal and after I withdraw funds they hold my account I not know why so i not prefer PayPal
I can make that throw E-gate like 2checkout ..etc

but the problem i Have face I should have a company with a license also
I work only individual and funds not more to make a company and paid monthly subscription

so I have 2 Proposal if can help me the first one make an account on any E-gate or bank to make pay link without company (I preferer that ) with only commission fee based on transfer a mount

The second proposal you can send to me pay link under your company Name and after paid happen you can transfer it to my bank account after deducting your fees

so I need from your side to provide how to help and your fees
all documents from my side i can provide it and every thing under my responsibility
