3rd Party Payment Gateway Integration

I run an e-commerce store on Wix and need to accept cards through 3rd party payment gateway. My first preference is to plug the gateway directly into the existing Wix checkout; however, if we discover that Wix will not allow a fully compliant, seamless implementation, I am happy to spin up a fresh build that mirrors the current site’s look and feel while adding any smart upgrades you recommend.

Because I have not yet confirmed whether 3rd party API works inside Wix, I will rely on you to lead the feasibility check. If direct integration proves impossible, please be ready to replicate the site—preferably with the usual cross-border must-haves: multi-currency pricing, automated tax computation, and shipping modules. Feel free to suggest additional features that could improve conversion or simplify operations.

To succeed here, you should be comfortable with:
• Velo (Wix Corvid) for custom backend work, or equivalent frameworks if we rebuild
• Payment-gateway REST APIs and PCI-DSS-compliant checkout flows
• Cross-border e-commerce standards, responsive UI, and secure hosting

Deliverables I expect:
• A functioning integration of 3rd part gateway on Wix OR a rebuilt store with the same (or better) capability
• End-to-end testing in both sandbox and live modes, with successful transaction logs supplied
• Step-by-step technical documentation so future maintenance is straightforward
• Post-launch support to iron out any payment-related issues that surface in real traffic
