Partner Gym Marketplace App
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m building a mobile-only marketplace that lets independent gyms list their facilities while giving users a single place to discover nearby gyms, book sessions, check in, and track their visits. Every user will authenticate with a mobile number and one-time password; no emails or social logins are required.
Core user flow
• Browse gyms on a location-aware map or list
• Reserve a workout slot and pay in-app
• Receive an automatically generated QR code for entry
• Scan the code at the gym to register the visit, which updates the personal visit log in real time
Gym partner flow
• Register the gym, set schedules and capacity limits directly in the app
• Scan incoming QR codes at the front desk to confirm attendance
• View automated revenue-share reports that split each booking between the gym and the platform at configurable percentages, with payouts triggered on a schedule I can set globally or per gym
Key requirements
• Native or high-performance cross-platform codebase (iOS & Android)
• Secure backend with role-based access (user vs. gym) and real-time database for bookings and QR status
• Payment gateway integration that supports split payments and issues receipts to both parties
• Admin console (mobile accessible) to manage gyms, users, payout rules, and dispute handling
• Analytics endpoints so I can later plug in BI dashboards for total visits, revenue per gym, and churn
Acceptance criteria
1. A new user can register with phone + OTP in under 30 seconds, then immediately see gyms within 10 km of the device’s location.
2. A booking completes end-to-end—including payment, QR generation, and gym confirmation—without manual intervention.
3. Revenue sharing posts to test wallets and reflects the configured split to the cent.
4. Crash-free session rate of 99.5 % on both platforms during a 14-day UAT window.
Source code, build scripts, and concise deployment docs come with the final hand-off so I can run the stack on my own cloud.
