OpenEdx Setup with Saudi Payment Gateway

I already have hosting in place and need a specialist who can turn a fresh OpenEdx install into a production-ready learning platform. Your first task will be to style and organise the learner-facing interface so it feels clean, modern, and fully branded. Right after that, I want the control panel configured so I can create courses, manage users, and pull reports without touching the server. (The Interface must be in Arabic)

The critical part is payments. Because my audience is in Saudi Arabia, I need a locally supported gateway—Moyasar, PayTabs, HyperPay, or any other local payment gateway provider is acceptable, so let us discuss which one we use. Please handle the full integration flow: API keys, callback URLs, test mode, and a live mode handover.

For everything to run smoothly, install any additional OpenEdx components or plugins that the interface, admin tools, or gateway require and make sure they work together flawlessly.

Deliverables (all must be met for acceptance):
• Branded (I have the logo and style ready), user-friendly OpenEdx interface
• Fully configured control panel with course and user management verified
• End-to-end payment gateway integration (test and live transactions demonstrated)
• Documentation covering any custom settings and update steps
