Moodle Marketplace Setup Needed

I am ready to launch an online course marketplace focused on academic subjects and I need a Moodle expert who can take me from a clean server to a fully-functional, revenue-ready site. The core of the job is installing and configuring Moodle so that it behaves like a marketplace rather than a single-provider LMS.

Here is what I expect once the job is finished:
• Students can browse courses, enrol, and leave ratings and reviews that appear publicly on each course page.
• A payment gateway (PayPal or Stripe—whichever you recommend and configure) processes enrolment fees seamlessly and records transactions in Moodle.
• The overall look and feel match a simple academic theme: clear course categories, tidy navigation, and a professional front page that spotlights featured courses.
• I receive clear, written steps on how to add new courses, manage payments, and view the ratings dashboard.

Instructor profile pages are a nice-to-have for phase two, so build with that future add-on in mind but keep this first milestone focused on ratings/reviews and payments.
