Long-Term Laravel E-commerce Partner
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m building a new e-commerce platform on Laravel and want a developer I can rely on for ongoing feature work and maintenance. The store’s foundation is in place; now I need someone to deepen functionality and keep the codebase clean, modern, and well-tested.
Immediate priorities include:
• Shopping cart that supports product variations, coupons, taxes, and session persistence
• Payment gateway integration with PayPal and Stripe, preferably via Laravel Cashier (open to your proven alternatives)
• Shipping service logic that fetches real-time carrier rates and applies them at checkout
You should be comfortable with PHP 8+, Laravel 10, Eloquent relationships, queue workers, Blade or another front-end stack you prefer, and Git. Unit and feature tests are expected for the pieces you touch.
First milestone acceptance criteria
1. Cart adds/updates products and survives page refresh or login
2. Checkout completes through PayPal and Stripe sandbox accounts, returning a confirmed order record
3. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination with at least one live carrier API
