Integrate payment gateway between Openstack and Odoo

We have an Openstack based cloud environment. API rich cloud
platform in Python

We use odoo
www.odoo.com for customer
invoicing and communications.
We would like to
integrate a payment gateway for example stripe as well as other
gateway systems (so this needs to be easily extended) between
Openstack and odoo , using the
https://stripe.com/docs/payments/save-and-reuse feature as we base
our billing on consumption of resources at the end of each calendar
month.
We are looking for
a developer to code for us the following
a) Extend the cloud
portal registration page (django python - horizon openstack) to
create a customer object in both odoo and stripe (as well as other
payment providers) including new relevant fields within the
openstack user database (keystone) for these systems
b) Extend the
registration page to create a simple tab based form when a new
customer registers . The first existing tab remains the same I.e
requesting username, password and email , we require a Setup payment
tab which links to the above and a number of new fields for example
choose between
corporate or personal account, which gives the option to enter
organisation detalis like Org name and VAT (TIN) .
c) Extend the odoo
invoicing module to create an invoice at the end of the month for
each customer that is in active state. The data is collected based on
metrics that come directly from the openstack environment via apis.
This action should be the one triggering collection of payment on the

work , thought needs to be put in on how to easily debug , reverse ,
manually intervene should issues arise with payments
Knowledge
Requirements :
Python;
Demonstrable knowledge of secure, efficient and well documented code
Good
understanding of Web development / architecture best practices.
Knowledge of
Django and GIT
Python testing
tox or equivalent for the code. We would like to be able to integrate
CI testing so this is imperative
All code must be
written as extended modules of the core platforms openstack / odoo.
It’s imperative that this doesn’t break core updates. Documented
procedures needs to be written on how these modules should interact
with core components during upgrades.
