Integrate circle payment gateway via API on a Wordpress website

We are looking for someone to implement a credit card payment API on our Wordpress-based Woocommerce website that will communicate with the payment gateway named Circle. What exactly is needed to be done: - When a customer goes to the shopping cart on our website and enters his credit card info and hits "Purchase", the data needs to be encrypted and sent to Circle via API for processing and then return an answer (approved/not approved). The data will not be stored on our server.
