High-Conversion WordPress Landing Page (Service Based) with Post-Payment Workflow

Project Overview: I am looking for a WordPress expert to design a high-converting landing page for a single professional consultation service. The page must be optimized for Google Ads traffic (high PageSpeed scores and mobile-responsive). I am using GeneratePress (Theme) and Fluent Forms Pro (Plugin).
Requirements:
Design & Layout: Create a clean, authoritative landing page focused on one goal. You must use GenerateBlocks/GeneratePress to ensure the site remains lightweight.
GeneratePress Premium: The quote must include the installation and activation of a legitimate GP Premium license (if you are an agency/freelancer with a developer license).
Conversion Optimization: Proper use of "Above the Fold" CTA, social proof sections, and a frictionless checkout process.
Post-Payment Workflow (Crucial):
1. User fills out a short "Booking/Order" form and pays via [Razorpay].
2. After successful payment, the user must be automatically redirected to a secondary "Detailed Intake Form" (Fluent Forms) to provide extensive case details.
3. Automated email triggers: Send a copy of the intake form to me (Admin) and a confirmation to the user. 4. The system should automatically create a "Subscriber" user in WordPress for each new client.
Speed: The final page must score 95+ on Google PageSpeed Insights.
