Develop E-commerce App with Membership

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an e-commerce mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app will cater to groceries and electronics, featuring a unique membership model where customers can log in and pay a membership fee. Each month, 10% of the membership fee will be credited to the customer's wallet, and this benefit will last for 5 years. After 5 years, the customer's account will be deactivated. Minimum cart value to be set at Rs 3000
