I’m building a full-featured online store and need a developer who can handle the end-to-end website setup. The core requirement is an e-commerce platform that supports a reliable, fully secure payment gateway—from cart to confirmation—so my customers can check out with confidence.

Here’s what I already know I want:
• Technology stack is flexible; I’m open to PHP/Laravel, Node, Shopify, WooCommerce, or another framework you feel is best suited.
• Security and PCI compliance are non-negotiable.
• Clean, responsive design that performs well on mobile and desktop.
• Administrator dashboard where I can add products, set prices, and view orders.

Nice-to-haves I’m willing to discuss once the payment flow is nailed down include product search and filter or a customer review section, so feel free to factor those in if it helps overall architecture.
