Build a Secure E-Learning WordPress Platform (Subscriptions, Video Courses, Africa Payment Options)

Hello,

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer (preferably based in India) to build a secure and professional e-learning platform for the African market.

The platform will allow learners to:
- Create an account
- Subscribe (monthly or yearly)
- Access pre-recorded video courses (videos will be uploaded later)
- Watch lessons through structured modules
- Track their progress

We already have a domain name (not purchased yet) but no logo.
We expect the developer to help with basic branding (clean layout, colors, simple logo suggestion).
