Add Card Payments to Webassist

My Webassist-powered store currently closes every sale through PayPal alone. I now need customers to pay directly with their credit or debit cards as well. The codebase is PHP/JavaScript and already relies on Webassist checkout pages, so the job is to extend that flow, plug in an additional gateway, and leave PayPal untouched.

Within ELEX the one area I care about is payment gateways; other modules can stay exactly as they are. If you prefer working with Authorize.Net, Square, Amazon Pay, or another PCI-compliant service that can tokenise cards and settle funds straight to my merchant account, let me know—final choice just needs to deliver seamless credit/debit processing and keep my existing tax, discount, and order-tracking logic intact.

Deliverables
• Updated Webassist checkout files and any ELEX overrides
• Secure gateway integration (test and live modes)
• Clear installation notes plus a quick screencast or written walkthrough so I can reproduce the steps on staging and production
• Confirmation that PayPal continues to run normally alongside the new option
