I’m in the early stages of building a product-based marketplace and need an expert who can walk me through every step of the payment journey—from the moment a customer checks out to the moment each vendor receives their share.
What I specifically want from you:
• A clear, end-to-end diagram (or equivalent write-up) explaining the payment flow, split payouts, commissions, refunds, chargebacks, and settlement timing.
• Practical recommendations on choosing and configuring a gateway or gateway stack that can scale with multiple vendors, handle escrow/hold funds if needed, and meet PCI and KYC obligations.
• A concise action plan outlining integration milestones, must-have API features, and any compliance checkpoints I should budget time for.
