Yoga Wear Design & Patterns
Budget: $150 – $200 USD
I’m building a small, cotton-based yoga line and need an experienced fashion designer who can take the idea all the way from concept to tailor-ready files. The garment itself is yoga apparel—think comfortable, flexible pieces that flow with movement—while the visual direction embraces a calm, nature-inspired eco-printing look rather than loud graphics.
Here’s what I’ll be looking for:
• Concept sketches that capture the natural, ecoprint feel on cotton
• Detailed technical drawings (front, back, and key construction close-ups) with clear measurement specs
• Full-scale, production-ready patterns that my tailor can use immediately—graded if that’s within your workflow
Please keep fibre behaviour in mind; cotton stretches far less than lycra, so panel placement and negative ease will be important. If you’ve worked on yoga or athleisure before and can show similar tech packs, that’s a big plus.
I’m ready to get started as soon as we align on timelines and file formats (PDF, DXF, or other industry-standard pattern software are all fine with me). Looking forward to seeing how you translate this nature-inspired vision into functional, beautiful yoga pieces.
