Wooden Patterns for Metal Casting

I need a skilled maker to create a series of “Mecen” wooden patterns that will be used directly in metal casting. The finished pieces must stand up to repeated sand-casting runs, hold tight dimensional tolerances, and leave a clean surface finish on the mould.

What I will provide:
• dimensional sketches and reference photos of each part
• the shrinkage allowance and draft angles required for my foundry process

What I expect back:
• fully finished, sealed wooden patterns ready for immediate use in metal casting
• minor touch-up allowances for the foundry crew (no extensive re-work)
• clear communication on progress and any design-for-manufacture suggestions you may have along the way
