Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m expanding a women’s-wear label based in HSR Layout, Bangalore, and I’m ready to bring a full-time fashion designer onto the team. If you have at least two years of industry experience and a passion for contemporary Indian women’s fashion, I’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
• Translate seasonal mood boards into sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs.
• Hand-pick fabrics that balance aesthetics, drape, and cost, working closely with local suppliers.
• Track global and domestic trend movements, then adapt them for the brand’s target market.
• Oversee sampling, pattern revisions, and fittings until the garment is production-ready.
• Collaborate with merchandisers, marketing, and in-house tailors to ensure each collection launches smoothly and on schedule.
Key skills I need
• Fabric Selection
• Trend Analysis
• Designing from concept through to final sample
What to include in your proposal
1. A concise portfolio highlighting recent women’s-wear work.
2. A brief note on how you stay ahead of trends.
3. Availability to work on-site in HSR Layout.
4. Your expected monthly salary range.
Salary is competitive and will reflect your experience and portfolio strength. I’m reviewing applications as they arrive, so share your best work and let’s create standout collections together.
For any immediate questions, feel free to reach out—Micky
