I run a hospitality brand and I’m ready to refresh our women’s waitstaff look with professionally drafted sewing patterns. The goal is to receive production-ready digital patterns—graded for a full size range—that a factory can cut and sew without extra adjustments.

Here’s what I need you to deliver:
• Original pattern set for a complete waitstaff uniform (blouse or shirt, skirt or trousers, and an optional apron) tailored specifically for female fit in restaurant service environments.
• Graded files (XS-XXL) supplied in both layered PDF for print-at-home/plotter and a CAD format such as DXF or Gerber.
• Clear seam allowances, grainlines, notches, and construction notes embedded in the file.
• A concise tech sheet covering recommended fabrics, notions, and any special finishing details that keep movement easy yet presentable through a long shift.

Experience with hospitality or corporate uniform design software like Optitex, Clo3D, or Gerber AccuMark is a plus—mention whichever you prefer so we stay compatible with our manufacturer’s workflow.

Before final approval, I’ll test-sew one size; acceptance is based on accurate fit, clean grading, and well-marked pattern pieces. Once that mock-up passes, the project is complete.
