Women’s Fashion Design & Tech Pack Development (Alba – Quiet Luxury)
Hello,
I am the founder of Alba, a women’s fashion brand focused on quiet luxury, refined femininity, and timeless minimalism.
I am looking for an experienced women’s fashion designer who can provide both original designs and complete Tech Packs for my first limited collection.
Brand Direction
Aesthetic: Quiet luxury, minimal, elegant
Target market: High-end women’s wear
Color palette: Soft neutrals (ivory, nude green,nude blue, beige, champagne, light grey)
Focus: Clean silhouettes, premium finishing, timeless appeal
Scope of Work
Create 5–10 original women’s garment designs
After design approval, develop full factory-ready Tech Packs for each style
Each Tech Pack must include:
Flat drawings (front & back)
Detailed measurements & spec sheet
Construction & stitching details
Fabric and material specifications
Trims & accessories
Colorways
Size grading (to be discussed)
Clear production notes for manufacturers
Deliverables
Design sketches + final approved designs
Complete Tech Packs per style
Formats: PDF + AI / PSD / Excel (industry standard)
All designs must be 100% original and exclusive to Alba
Timeline
To be agreed upon before project start
Budget
Open for discussion depending on experience and scope
Requirements
Proven experience in women’s fashion design
Strong experience creating factory-ready Tech Packs
Experience with luxury or minimalist brands
Please include portfolio + Tech Pack samples Long-Term Collaboration
