Small Dog Fleece Sweater

I’m looking for someone who can create a sleek fleece sweater tailored for my small dog. I am looking for a vest style (to avoid difficult arm size) then a long neck that can be ribbed and roll over. It should feel sporty more than classic - think Lulu Lemon for pets.

I'm also looking for a bandana design, a collar too so the work will be continuous if we are a good match.
