Slim Henley Tech Pack Creation

I’m ready to move a slim-fit, long-sleeve Henley from concept to factory-ready and need a complete tech pack that leaves no room for guesswork. The garment will be cut in cotton and features the classic buttoned placket neckline, so every spec should reflect that fabric choice and detail.

Here’s what I need delivered:
• Detailed flat sketches (front, back, and zoomed construction views) in Illustrator or comparable CAD format
• A full measurement table for base size plus graded specs across all sizes we set together
• Digital pattern files (PDF for sampling and DXF/AAMA for production) with clear seam allowances
• Bill of materials noting knit cotton weight, button specs, thread, and trim placements
• Call-outs on stitch types, SPI, tolerances, and reinforcement points, especially around the placket
• Step-by-step construction notes so the factory can follow the intended slim profile without distortion

Accuracy is crucial, so please apply current industry standards for knitwear and confirm shrinkage allowances typical for cotton jersey. I’ll provide my rough sketches and fit notes once we start, then look for your professional feedback to perfect silhouette, balance, and finishing.

Files should be organized and editable for future seasons. If you routinely use CLO, Optitex, or another 3D package and can share a visual render, let me know—seeing drape on a slim block would be a plus, though not mandatory.

The project is complete when I can hand the pack to a manufacturer and receive a first proto that reflects the specs without further clarification.
