I need a fashion designer who can take my idea for a signature line of both formal T-shirts and formal shirts all the way from concept to factory-ready tech packs. The collection should carry a refined, dress-appropriate look—think clean lines and elevated details—yet stand out through distinctive stitching patterns that become a recognisable hallmark across every piece.

Here’s what the full, end-to-end scope looks like:

• Concept development: mood boards and initial sketches that interpret a formal aesthetic for tees and woven shirts.
• Fabric and trim guidance: recommendations that balance structure with comfort while complementing the stitching details.
• Sizing & grading: a full spec chart covering all intended sizes, with measurement tolerances.
• Prototyping direction: clear notes and callouts so manufacturers can sample accurately.
• Tech pack delivery: layered, editable files (AI or PSD) plus PDF versions—front, back, and detail views, bill of materials, stitch diagrams, colourways, and construction steps.

Final acceptance criteria
1. Tech pack passes a factory review with no missing data.
2. Unique stitching lines are illustrated at 1:1 scale and labelled.
3. All measurements match the size chart within stated tolerances.
