Premium Kidswear Collection Designer
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m launching a new premium brand for little ones aged 0–5 and need a talented children’s wear designer to bring our first range to life. The aesthetic I’m after is unmistakably modern and trendy—clean lines, fresh palettes, and playful details that still feel sophisticated enough for discerning parents.
From day one, quality and comfort are non-negotiable, so every piece must be cut exclusively from certified organic cotton. Breathability, softness, and easy-care properties all matter just as much as a memorable look.
For the debut drop, I’d like you to focus on two hero categories:
• Rompers that move effortlessly from playtime to stroller naps
• Dresses that balance freedom of movement with eye-catching style
Once those silhouettes are refined, we can expand the range to sleepwear, sets, and seasonal layers.
Deliverables I’ll need from you
• Concept boards covering colour stories, trims, and graphics
• Detailed flat sketches and 360° tech drawings
• Complete tech packs with measurements, fabrications, and construction notes ready for sampling
• Print or embroidery placement guides where relevant
• Ongoing fit comments through to approved production samples
You’ll have plenty of creative room, but designs must stay production-friendly and cost-effective for small-batch manufacturing.
If you’ve previously developed modern kidswear—particularly in organic cotton—and can share examples that demonstrate both innovation and practicality, I’d love to collaborate.
