OPTITEX PATTERN GRADING

Hello ,
We are a small business based in Colombia and we are currently looking for people who can provide a clothing pattern for our products on time.
The way how we usually work is the following: We have our basic patterns (Those have been modified for our industry and average people sizes in Colombia, those shouldn't be modified) in Optitex.
We will provide a basic pattern (Optitex file) and a picture of the design we would like to develop, with that information the person should be able to scale the pattern in sizes S, M, L, XL, taking always into account the basic pattern and the specifications given.
We would like to know if you work like this before and what are your tariffs and delivery time.
