Need someone who can make garment pattern on paper with pencil and cut it

I need someone who can make in detailed garment pattern on a paper by following a video, you need to send a picture to me at the end.
It has to be done with pencil on a big chart paper and then you may have to do some cutting and pasting work as well if required
