Luxury Men's Swimwear Technical Designer Needed

I am launching a premium men’s swimwear brand and I am looking for an experienced technical designer to create a complete, factory-ready tech pack for my first swim shorts style.

This is a serious brand project (not a hobby). The quality, fit, and finishing level should be aligned with brands such as Vilebrequin and Orlebar Brown.

Current stage:
• No finalized designs yet
• No confirmed fabric selection
• Concept-level direction only

I am looking for someone who can guide the technical development process, from concept to a clear tech pack suitable for European manufacturers.

Scope of work:
• Technical flat drawings (front & back)
• Measurement chart (men’s swim shorts)
• Construction details (waistband, lining, pockets, stitching)
• Fabric recommendations for premium swimwear
• Trims & accessories specifications
• Label / branding placement
• Final factory-ready tech pack (PDF)

Product direction (concept):
• Men’s swim shorts
• Mid-thigh length
• Tailored but comfortable fit
• Elastic waistband with drawstring
• Premium inner mesh lining
• Minimal, timeless design
• No visible external logo

Requirements:
• Proven experience with swimwear tech packs
• Experience working directly with factories
• Understanding of premium / luxury garment standards
• Clear English communication

Timeline:
• Start immediately
• Completion before end of January
(I will be visiting Portugal to meet fabric suppliers and manufacturers)
