I’m developing a line of Indian formal looks for special occasions and want a creative partner who can carry an idea from sketchbook to finished garment. You’ll sit with me at the concept stage—refining silhouettes, colours, and embellishments—then see the project through sourcing, sampling, and final production.

Your core focus will be:
• Outfit coordination that feels distinctly Indian yet contemporary
• Smart fabric selection, from mills or hand-loom clusters, that matches each design’s fall, drape, and budget
• End-to-end production management: vendor outreach, cost negotiations, quality checks, and on-time deliveries

I already have mood boards and initial sketches, so you’ll jump straight into prototyping. Familiarity with pattern making software (e.g., Gerber or Optitex) and on-ground supplier networks in India is a plus, though I’m flexible as long as you can achieve consistent workmanship.

Deliverables I expect:
1. 10 fully styled occasion-wear ensembles (tech packs, fabric swatches, and accessory notes included)
2. A clear production schedule with checkpoints for sampling, fittings, and final stitching
3. Finished garments shipped to my studio, matching the approved samples in craftsmanship and fit
