* Must be able to create professional tech packs/spec sheets for manufacturers and production.

Ideal Skills:

* Fashion design degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Strong portfolio in formalwear, knitwear, or luxury-inspired fashion.
* Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
* Good communication skills for revisions and feedback.
