Fashion Tech Pack Designer for Modest Healthcare Scrubs (Tunic, Trousers, Hijab)
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Job Description:
I’m launching a new line of modest, high-performance scrubs for women and men working in healthcare. The designs are functional, comfortable, and tailored for clinical settings — with a strong focus on modesty, fabric performance, and utility.
I’m looking for a freelance fashion designer or tech pack specialist to help translate these ideas into manufacturer-ready tech packs.
Scope of Work:
You will be designing 2 main scrub sets:
Women’s set
Longline tunic top (high neckline, full sleeves, modest cut, zippered pockets)
Matching trousers (elastic or drawstring waist, secure utility pockets)
Optional: Lightweight matching hijab/undercap
Men’s set
Clean, minimalist V-neck or crew neck top (zip pockets)
Matching trousers (tailored fit, utility storage)
Deliverables:
Tech packs (PDF + source files: AI/PSD or similar)
Flat sketches (front + back) with clear seam & pocket detailing
Callouts for trims, fabric suggestions, and construction notes
Basic sizing chart with grading logic (S–XL or equivalent)
Optional: 3D visualisation/mockups
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in tech pack creation for apparel
Knowledge of activewear, uniforms, or modest fashion preferred
Understands design for function: utility pockets, antimicrobial/stretch fabrics
Detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable with revision rounds
Budget:
Open to fixed price or hourly — please specify in your proposal
Timeline:
Initial deliverables within 1–2 weeks from start
We are moving toward sampling in Q4 2025
To Apply:
Please include:
A short intro and relevant experience
2–3 examples of tech packs you've created (PDFs or screenshots)
Any experience with modestwear, uniforms, or performance fabric designs
Looking forward to building something meaningful with you!
Let me know if you have any questions before submitting.
