Digitise an established doll pattern and write instructions

I am looking for someone to digitise a doll pattern and create instructions for a cloth doll to be made from specified materials. The instructions need to be tailored to a beginner - intermediate skill level. I have specific materials in mind for the doll, so the freelancer should have experience with both pattern-making and dollmaking in order to execute the project. If the freelancer has any ideas outside the scope of my request, I am open to considering those suggestions as well.
