Custom Silk Cloud Clutch Bag

I'm seeking an experienced seamstress to create a medium-sized cloud-style clutch bag out of silk. I’ve attached photos that give the basic idea of what I would like to accomplish. I do not have a pattern.

Requirements:
- Use of high-quality silk
- Expertise in crafting cloud-style designs
- Precision and attention to detail

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in working with silk and other delicate fabrics
- Strong sewing and design skills, especially for 3D shapes
- Previous experience with custom bag making
