Cotton Formal Trousers Pattern

I’m looking for an experienced pattern maker to draft a precise, ready-to-sew pattern for a pair of cotton formal trousers I’ll be stitching for a friend.
Scope and expectations
• Use 100 % cotton suiting as the base fabric and account for its typical drape and shrinkage.
• Work from body measurements I’ll provide at kickoff and translate them into a well-balanced block with proper ease for a classic formal look.
• Include seam allowances, grainlines, notches, pocket placements, fly-front details, waistband, and hem.
• Supply a cutting layout optimized for cotton, a measurement chart, and concise construction notes (order of assembly, interfacing suggestions, pressing tips).

Deliverables
1. Printable pattern files in both A4/Letter tiled pages and single-sheet A0 (PDF).
2. A clear technical flat or line drawing.
3. Brief step-by-step sewing guide (1–2 pages).

Timeline: I’d like everything wrapped up within a month.
