Boutique Tailors & Cutter Needed

I’m launching a new ladies’ boutique and want to build a small, reliable production team from the very start. Specifically, I need:

• Two tailors comfortable with dressmaking as well as routine alterations and repairs. You should be confident working with contemporary women’s silhouettes, maintain neat finishing, and meet agreed turnaround times.
• One cutting master who owns the full pre-stitch process—accurate pattern making, clean fabric cutting, and on-the-spot fitting adjustments to minimise rework.

You’ll collaborate closely with me on initial styles, fabric selections, and workflow so we can establish an efficient in-house setup. If you can suggest workflow improvements, specialty tools, or sourcing tips, that’s a plus.

Deliverables
• Precise paper or digital patterns for each approved design
• Well-cut fabric pieces ready for assembly
• Finished garments that pass a final quality check for fit and craftsmanship
• Basic record-keeping of measurements, alterations, and fabric usage
