Vintage-Modern Wallpaper Set Design

I’m putting together a small capsule collection of five to six original wallpaper designs that blend vintage charm with a clean, contemporary feel. Think classic motifs re-imagined for today’s interiors: fresh neutrals energized by moments of bold, vibrant color.

Color direction
• Use a combination of Warm tones and Cool tones—the goal is balanced contrast, never overpowering.
• Neutrals serve as the anchor; pops of saturated hues provide the modern twist.

Style direction
• Half of the set should lean vintage (floral, damask, or other timeless themes as you see fit).
• The remaining designs should read modern—minimalist, abstract, or geometric elements that keep the overall collection cohesive.

Deliverables
• 5–6 seamless, repeat-ready patterns in high-resolution (AI or PSD + layered TIFF/PNG).
• CMYK files sized for printing at 52 cm or 20-inch roll width, with clear labeling of pattern repeat.
• A short style sheet listing color codes and suggested room pairings.
