Spooky Eco Pen & Tape Designs
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m developing a small line of Canadian-made, ethically sourced stationery and need original artwork for two products at once: a refillable pen barrel and a coordinating roll of washi tape. The overall look must feel unmistakably spooky/witchy—think moon phases, botanical sigils, ravens, or subtle occult motifs—yet stay tasteful enough for everyday note-taking.
Scope
• Pen barrel wrap: seamless illustration sized for a standard retractable barrel. Final artwork should work on both matte and glossy bio-plastic finishes.
• Washi tape: repeating pattern (15 mm width, 10 m length) that pairs visually with the pen but can stand alone on planners and journals.
Key guidelines
• All imagery must be original, royalty-free, and reflect eco-friendly values—no single-use plastics or overtly violent iconography.
• Colours should reproduce accurately via soy-based inks on recycled paper cores.
• Please incorporate a discrete “Made in Canada” mark into the layout.
Deliverables
1. Print-ready vector files (AI, PDF) with outlined fonts and 2 mm bleed.
2. High-resolution PNG mock-ups on both products for marketing previews.
3. Layered source files for future colourway tweaks.
Timeline is flexible; quality takes priority over speed. If you have experience designing sustainable stationery—or simply love merging witchy aesthetics with eco ethics—I’d love to see your portfolio and discuss ideas.
