Recreate Vintage Fabric Weave

I have an original, decades-old fabric and need an exact modern duplicate. You will receive a physical swatch so you can analyze yarn count, sett, fiber content, and the underlying structure—whether it proves to be twill, satin, plain, or a hybrid.
Your task is to reverse-engineer the weave and supply:
• A complete weave draft or loom card ready for production (Jacquard or dobby, as appropriate)
• A specification sheet detailing yarn type, denier/tex, ends-per-inch, picks-per-inch, finishing instructions, and color placement
• A small test sample or mill-ready file confirming the pattern and hand feel match the original
I’m looking for a detailed project proposal that outlines your approach, equipment or software you’ll use (e.g., Pointcarre, ArahWeave, or Textronics), lead times for analysis, and the number of physical or digital proofs included. Please also highlight any similar restorations or heritage fabric replications you’ve completed.
