Port access tshirt pattern

"Port Access T-Shirt Pattern for Medical Use"
I am looking for a freelancer to create a crew neck t-shirt pattern; long and short sleeve (range of adult female sizes) that will be used for medical purposes. The ideal candidate should have experience designing patterns for medical or adaptive clothing.
Each pattern needs to have access for a Portocath (images attached) So the above pattern needs to include a diagonal RIGHT SIDED HIDDEN zip (the attached image shows the position of a right side port, so you can see how long a zip needs to be ). The skin side of the zip needs to have a covered soft interface, so it doesn’t irritate the skin. The outside of the garment needs to look like there is no zip there (as much as possible).
Summary - adapting of ‘regular patterns’ to include a right sided diagonal hidden, soft backed zip for; long and shirt sleeves T-shirts. It basically needed to look like a regular short or long sleeve tshirt, but be able to be unzipped for treatment.
Key requirements:
- Crew neck style
- 100% cotton fabric
- The t-shirt should have a port access feature for easy medical procedures
- The design should be comfortable and functional for patients
