Handbag Pattern Design from Images

Job ID: 40501806

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I have a set of reference photos for a series of casual leather handbags and need those visuals transformed into production-ready patterns. Each pattern must reflect the proportions and detailing you see in the images, scaled so that the finished bag dimensions match the originals.

Because the bags will be cut in leather, accuracy around seam allowances, fold lines and hardware placement is critical. I’ll supply the photos, target measurements and any extra notes you need; you’ll translate that into a clean, printable pattern package that a leatherworker can take straight to the cutting table.

Deliverables
• Full-size digital patterns for every panel, including gussets, pockets, straps and reinforcements
• Clearly marked seam allowances, grain lines, rivet/hardware positions and stitch guides
• Ready-to-print PDF sheets (A4/Letter tiling is fine) plus the original editable file (AI, DXF or similar)
• A brief assembly guide or call-out sheet so the maker understands the build order and construction tips

Acceptance criteria: printed test pieces must align within 2 mm tolerance when assembled; all notches, punch holes and hardware marks match the supplied reference dimensions.

If you have leather-specific pattern experience and can turn this around efficiently, I’d love to collaborate.
