Garment Grading Review & Tweaks

The grading for my latest set of tops—plus one shorts style—has been completed in-house, but I want a seasoned pattern grader to give it a final pass. I’m after a sharp eye that can confirm size consistency across the full spec, flag any fit or comfort issues that the grading might introduce, and verify every line for pattern accuracy.

You’ll receive the grading rules and chart in excel. Please walk through each size, mark up any corrections or suggested refinements, and send back either an amended digital file that I can implement straight away. A short summary explaining why each change matters will help me learn from the feedback.

Acceptance criteria
• All pattern pieces align perfectly when nested.
• Measurements match the size chart to within tolerances.
• Any recommended tweaks are clearly called out and easy to follow.
