Custom spider woman bodysuit

Going to a con, I have drawing of an original character of mine and want to make it into a cosplay. All I need is someone to make the digital clothing pattern for the suit so I can send it to another business to get it made. It’s a full bodysuit with sleeves and legs, with a hood attached. A mask as well. Can negotiate to pay about 60-80 dollars.
