Bra Pocket Pattern & Design
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am developing a discreet detachable pocket that can be attached directly into a woman’s bra cup The goal is to give wearers extra storage capacity for small items while keeping everything invisible and comfortable against the skin.
Here is what I need from you:
• A production-ready pattern for the pocket itself and clear instructions for how it fastens to the inside of the bra cup.
• Detailed sewing steps, recommended stitch types, and a bill of materials that specifies padded bra foam and spandex as the core fabrics.
• Guidance on moisture-wicking lining options so the pocket stays dry during active use.
• A discreet outline that will not show through light T-shirts yet can still expand enough to hold keys, cards, or other daily essentials.
• If possible, a simple mock-up or digital prototype so I can test fit and storage capacity before sending the tech pack to my factory.
The pocket must sit flat, remain soft against the skin, and survive normal laundering without losing shape. Experience with lingerie, stretch fabrics, or athleisure accessories is a big plus. Once we have a final pattern that meets these requirements, I’ll move straight to sampling, so accuracy and manufacturability are crucial.
If this sounds like your forte, let’s talk through timelines and any questions you have about the design.
