Bold Geometric Pattern Design

Job Title: Graphic Designer – Pattern Design for Tribe Watson & Team AngelWolf Brands
Project Overview

We are looking for a creative graphic designer to design a new brand pattern for our family of logos under Tribe Watson and Team AngelWolf. The new pattern will be used across multiple applications (clothing, digital, and print) and should align with our existing logos, colour palettes, and brand values.
This project builds on our current identity but requires a fresh, modern, and versatile pattern that represents inclusion, sport, and community.

Scope of Work
- Review the attached brand brief (PDF) with references and guidelines.
- Design a unique, scalable, and flexible pattern that works across:
- Sportswear (fabric, sleeves, kit designs)
- Merchandise (hoodies, t-shirts, caps)
- Digital/print branding (presentations, social media, campaigns)
- Incorporate our existing logos (Tribe Watson, Team AngelWolf, LittleXWolf, Warriors of Inclusion, etc.) as inspiration for geometric forms or line-based motifs, but do not alter the logos themselves.
- Align with our brand colour palette (provided in PDF).
- Provide 2–3 initial design directions for feedback, then refine the chosen direction.

Deliverables
- Final pattern design in vector format (AI, EPS).
Exported versions for digital (PNG, JPG) and print.
- Application mockups (at least 2) to show how the pattern can be used in real-life scenarios (clothing or presentation background).
Requirements
- Strong portfolio in pattern design / brand identity.
- Ability to create modern, minimal, and versatile designs.
- Experience working with sports, lifestyle, or community-driven brands is a plus.
