patent preparation and filling
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced professional who can assist me with the preparation and filing of a Utility Patent.
There is already an existing provisional. filling due date is end of July.
Already have all the drawings, descriptions and the like,
Mostly need the claims, and ensure claims cover description and actual functionality and business objectives
Requirements:
- Expertise in patent preparation and filing, specifically for Utility Patents
- Familiarity with the requirements and regulations of the United States patent system
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings and specifications, as needed
- Proficiency in completing the entire patent preparation and filing process within a tight deadline of 30 days
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in patent law and intellectual property rights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately translate ideas into technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate the invention's features and benefits
- Proven track record of successfully preparing and filing Utility Patents within short timelines
Filling in USA for sure, and possibly PCT or EU + China (depending on costs)
